How long will the store be open?

The store will be open for 3 weeks. The store opened on May 11th and will close on June 1st.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory for these products. This allows us to offer a wider range of options without overproduction, but it also means production timelines and order policies are different from a traditional retail experience.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once an order is submitted, it enters production immediately and cannot be modified or canceled. This includes changes to size, color, quantity, shipping address, or any customization details. Please double-check your order before confirming.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship after production is complete. Production is up to 3 weeks after store closing so you'll receive your order late June.

What payment methods do you accept?

We allow for payroll deduction facilitation through AIT and we accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Please note for the payroll deduction, that is not conducted by us, rather, we communicate the request with AIT who will confirm with you.
